When I found out that Richard Russo had a new book out, I immediately went online to reserve it at the library. I had to wait a couple of weeks and when I received an email notification saying that it was ready for pick-up, I went to the library that morning to check it out.I finished reading the book about 36 hours later.
It was almost excellent. Rich in detail, believable characters, and a very good story, but the ending was a bit weak. However, it was still a very enjoyable reading experience, one that ended too soon.
